Omar Ouedraogo Studio (OOStudio) operates at the intersection of architecture, interior design, and cultural narrative. Based between Italy, Burkina Faso, and Côte d’Ivoire, the studio reinterprets vernacular African forms through a contemporary lens, turning raw materials earth, wood, and stone into high end spatial experiences.
The digital challenge was to translate this 'sculptural silence' into a web interface. We designed a platform where light, shadow, and proportion take center stage, allowing the studio’s architectural philosophy to breathe through a refined, cinematic digital landscape.

The core insight was 'Architecture as Narrative' every scroll is designed to feel like moving through a physical gallery of light and texture.
Using GSAP and Lenis for smooth scrolling and immersive transitions, we mirrored the atmospheric intensity of OOStudio’s projects. Large scale imagery and brutalist typography emphasize the dialogue between raw matter and contemporary geometry, ensuring the mobile experience is as tactile and impactful as the desktop version.
The technical architecture, powered by Vite and SCSS, ensures lightning fast performance despite the high density visual content. We implemented a custom navigation system that allows the user to explore the multidisciplinary nature of the studio from large scale architecture to micro landscapes of product design with seamless flow.
